Atlantic Developments

(Re)Thinking Neighbourhoods
Since 1995, Atlantic Developments Inc. has partnered in developing the award-winning Queen Richmond Centre in Toronto and built an extensive portfolio of projects in and around Halifax.

We think that Halifax has become one of the most desirable cities to live in in Canada, and are energized by its tremendous potential. Investments in the Centre for Ocean Venture and Entrepreneurship, the Shipbuilding Contract, our hot Information Technology sector, and the many financial services companies that have come to Nova Scotia, tacitly acknowledge our well educated workforce and our commitment to increasingly moving from a resource based economy, to a well-placed leader and participant in the new economy.

Our projects have always been driven by strong beliefs. We believe it is our job to identify areas of great potential. We believe it is important we not simply capitalize on that potential, but also contribute to such potential through innovation, and through quality design and construction that is reflective of the neighbourhoods and residences we build. We are committed to contributing a high standard of service to our buyers and builders, and we are committed to giving back to our community.

We want to provide housing for those who appreciate quality and will be a part of Halifax’s dynamic future.

A team with experience and vision

Quality, innovation and integrity are guiding principles of Atlantic Developments. The architects, engineers, lawyers, planning consultants, accountants and myriad of professionals we use are an integral part of our team and very much appreciated by Atlantic Developments.
